You can see only the password of that wifi which you already connected in the past or present.
Follow the below step:
1.open command prompt and type "netsh wlan show profiles" (without quotes) and press enter.
2.You will see the list of connected wifi.
3.Now type "netsh wlan show profile xxxx key=clear" (without quotes and replace xxxx with name of wifi which you wants to find out the password) and press enter.
4.You will see the details of wifi.
5.Now look for key content you will find the password.
